Myziane's evening

A major player in the win against Angers (3-1), Myziane is your Crédit Agricole Aiglon of the match.

An assist. A goal. A standing ovation. Making his return to the starting 11 (for the third time this season), Myziane ended the month of November in the best way possible. “It is my most complete performance since I arrived in Nice”, explained the 20 year old forward. Despite the difficult period Le Gym were going through, the man who came through the ranks at Lyon returned “with a desire to try things”, against an Angers side who had gone three matches without conceding a goal.

“The coach told me not to question myself”

”I have been through a difficult period, but I continued to work”, detailed Myziane, who took real notice of the coach’s advice before kick-off: “He said to keep confidence in my ability and not to question myself. He helps me a lot with that."

Myziane’s "Heatmap", playing on the left against SCO.

“I needed confidence and today it shone down on me, concluded Nice’s number 7. This is only the start and I will do all I can so that it continues and the team can begin to develop some form.”

Dolberg, a class performance

With 33% of the vote at the final whistle, the U20 international beats Kasper Dolberg, the final scorer of the game to the title (29%). The number 9 “lit up the game with his flicks, as he did for the second goal”, as described by Nice-Matin in its Sunday edition. “A delightful flick for Lusamba“ exclaimed L'Equipe, who also gave him a 7 for his performance. A performance that was capped off with a class goal (90+1'): starting in the middle of the pitch, the Dane linked up with Lusamba, before burying his left-footed effort into the back of Butelle’s net.

Lusamba involved across the park

Then finding Lees-Melou for the second goal (50'). And finally playing in Dolberg for the third (90+1'). A first goal in L1 for the midfielder and a second assist of the season - the second for Dolberg, Lusamba had “a great match” according to L'Equipe, who awarded him an 8. The same mark was given by Nice-Matin, who highlighted “his constant running and incredible accuracy with the ball.”
